De functie inhoud Hoe ziet jouw dag er als Technical Support Engineer uit?

  • Opmaken van technische berekeningen aan de hand van diverse projectvereisten.
  • In samenspraak met de klant op zoek gaan naar de beste oplossingen rekening houdend met de mechanische / thermische eisen.
  • Opvolgen van nieuwe marktontwikkelingen omtrent mogelijke verbeteringen.
  • Ondersteuning bieden gedurende de analyse van technische problemen.

Onze klant Onze klant is een van de grote spelers op vlak van bouwmateriaal in staal voor daken en wanden. In totaal heeft dit dynamisch bedrijf 18 vestigingen: 3 in België en de andere vestigingen zijn verspreid in Duitsland, Kroatië, Frankrijk, Rusland, Hongarije,.... Het is een bedrijf in volle expansie en kan vandaag rekenen op meer dan 400 werknemers regio Lichtervelde waarbij hun collegialiteit en gedrevenheid centraal staat. Het profiel van een Technical Support Engineer:

  • Je behaalde een Master of Bachelor Elektromechanica.
  • Klantgericht & in team te werk gaan schrikt je niet af.
  • Volgende eigenschappen omschrijven je: communicatief, analytisch en organisatorisch.
  • Passie, inzet en motivatie zijn belangrijker dan ervaring.
