The posting

Je start bewust met een combinatie van support en projecten om de omgeving snel te leren kennen. In het begin ligt de focus ongeveer 50/50, maar je groeit door naar een rol waarin projectwerk (±70%) centraal staat en support (±30%) ondersteunend wordt.

Concreet betekent dit:

Troubleshooting & support

  • Je analyseert incidenten rond hardware, software en netwerken
  • Je kijkt kritisch naar meldingen en gaat op zoek naar de echte oorzaak
  • Je werkt voornamelijk remote en stemt af met techniekers on-site
  • Je behandelt tickets op een gestructureerde manier en bewaart overzicht

Projecten & verbetering

  • Je werkt mee aan technische verbeteringen en nieuwe implementaties
  • Je helpt structurele problemen oplossen in plaats van ze te blijven behandelen
  • Je denkt actief mee over hoe processen efficiënter kunnen
  • Je documenteert oplossingen en bouwt mee aan kennis binnen het team

IT & infrastructuur

  • Beheer van gebruikers en rechten (Active Directory / Entra)
  • Onderhoud en configuratie van netwerken (TCP/IP, VLANs)
  • Werken in een omgeving met verschillende systemen en integraties

Elke dag is anders: je komt terecht in een omgeving met veel variatie, waar elk probleem een andere aanpak vraagt.

We zoeken geen specialist in alles, maar wel iemand met een sterke basis en de juiste manier van denken.

Sterke basis

  • Bachelor IT of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Goede kennis van netwerken (TCP/IP, VLANs)
  • Ervaring met Windows-omgevingen

Manier van werken

  • Je bent analytisch sterk en denkt in oorzaken, niet in snelle oplossingen
  • Je hebt “technisch boerenverstand”: eerst begrijpen wat er speelt
  • Je kan rustig en helder communiceren, ook naar minder technische gebruikers
  • Je werkt zelfstandig, maar zoekt afstemming met je team

Talen

  • Nederlands en Frans vlot
  • Engels voldoende

Pluspunten (geen must)

  • VMware, Linux, Microsoft 365, Cisco, scripting → Interesse en leergierigheid zijn hier belangrijker dan ervaring
