Wat ga je doen:

Als technical support ben je verantwoordelijk voor technische ondersteuning in productieproces, aangestuurd door Technical Coördinator.

Verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Ons machinepark (= bestaande uit CNC freesmachine, zaagmachinehandeling robots, robots pick&place, lasrobots) te allen tijde zo productief mogelijk laten functioneren.
  • Technische storingen opsporen, analyseren, pragmatisch aanpakken, oplossen en documenteren
  • Continue up to date houden van het machinepark en het doorvoeren van updates aan de programmaties
  • Beheren van het onderhoudsplan en organiseren van nodige interventies
  • Hands-on ingesteldheid voor het aanpakken van technische storingen

Wat verwachten we:

  • Technisch diploma (voorkennis Electro/Mechanica)
  • Minimale werkervaring : CNC en/of robot ervaring en/of volautomatische lijn ervaring en/of proces industrie ervaring
  • Ervaring HMI
  • Las-ervaring is een mooie troef
  • Engelstalig, Nederlandstalig is een troef
  • Basis PC kennis
  • Realiteitsbesef op vlak van omgaan met dure apparatuur
  • Bereid om te werken in 2 ploegen
  • Altijd 5S hoog in het vaandel dragen
  • Teamplayer met een positieve ingesteldheid
  • Hands-on mentaliteit
  • Leergierig, enthousiast en resultaatsgericht
  • Zelfstandig kunnen werken
