Pour une entreprise dans le secteur de l'agro-alimentaire, nous sommes à la recherche d'une technicien de maintenance. Vos tâches:

  • Effectue des contrôles visuels dans les armoires électriques, les moteurs électriques, les électrovannes et actionneurs, les capteurs et le câblage en générale,
  • Suivre et respecter les règlements de l'entreprise et les règles de sécurité, par le strict respect des protocoles alimentaires et de sécurité,
  • Surveillance et rectification régulières de l'équipements défecteurs, démontage, réparation et remontage de l'équipement et aide à l'installation et aux essais de l'équipement de nouvelles machines,
  • Effectuer tous les travaux conformément aux normes, procédures et exigences légales et réglementaires de la société,
  • Participer à l'analyse RCA et des défaillances si nécessaire et participer à des programmes Lean,
  • Contribuer à maximiser la fiabilité et la disponibilité de l'équipement de l'usine,
  • Etre capable de préparer des rapports de travail et de clôturer un WO, ainsi que de maintenir/mettre à jour les dossiers de travail,
  • Capacité à lire et à comprendre des documents tels que des manuels d'utilisation et d'entretien,
  • Effectue l'entretien préventif de routine des machines selon le planning.
  • Diplôme de technicien ou expérience par équivalence,
  • Connaissance de l'appareillage électrique et de la distribution d'énergie,
  • Interprétation des schémas électrique et assemblage des dessins.
