The posting

En tant que Technicien Réglage et Maintenance Machines, vous jouez un rôle essentiel pour assurer le bon fonctionnement des lignes de production. Vous serez responsable de la préparation des machines, des changements de série et du maintien d’une performance optimale. Votre expertise technique aura un impact direct sur la qualité de la production et le flux de travail.

Au quotidien, vous effectuez des tâches telles que le remplacement des bobines sur les machines, le nettoyage régulier et l’entretien de votre poste, ainsi que la manipulation des charges à l’aide d’un chariot élévateur. Vous effectuez le réglage des machines avant chaque lancement de production, utilisez des instruments de mesure comme le micromètre, analysez et résolvez les problèmes mécaniques, et participez au conditionnement et à la palettisation des produits finis. Vous prenez également part à la maintenance préventive afin de limiter les arrêts de production.

  • Expérience confirmée en tant que régleur machine, opérateur technique ou poste similaire en environnement industriel
  • Solides connaissances de base en mécanique industrielle
  • Maîtrise des outils de mesure de précision (micromètre, etc.)
  • Brevet cariste idéalement apprécié
  • Sens de l’organisation et rigueur
  • Esprit d’équipe, proactivité et capacité d’adaptation
  • Flexibilité pour travailler en horaires 2 pauses (6h–14h / 14h–22h)
  • Motivation à évoluer dans une société dynamique
  • Diplôme de l’enseignement secondaire supérieur requis
  • 1 à 10 ans d’expérience pertinente
