FUNCTIE OMSCHRIJVING

Heb jij een passie voor techniek? Een bedrijf in Lokeren is op zoek naar een technieker in 2-ploegen.

Een korte greep uit je takenpakket:

  • Het analyseren en oplossen van elektrische en mechanische storingen.
  • Optimaliseren van productie-installaties en verpakkingslijnen op output, kwaliteit en betrouwbaarheid.
  • Uitvoeren van preventief en correct onderhoud.
  • Identificeren, herstellen of vervangen van defecte onderdelen volgens voorschriften en documentatie.
  • Betrokken zijn bij de introductie van nieuwe machines en processen.
  • Uitvoeren van gevarieerde taken met veel verantwoordelijkheid.
  • Samenwerken in teamverband met collega-techniekers.

PROFIEL

Zij zijn op zoek naar een hands-on professional die proactief en oplossingsgericht werkt.

  • Iemand die een proactieve en oplossingsgerichte ingesteldheid heeft.
  • Bij voorkeur iemand die ervaring heeft in een leidinggevende functie.
  • Een teamplayer, met goede communicatieve vaardigheden.
  • Iemand die een hands-on mentaliteit heeft, en proactief aan de slag gaat met procesverbetering.
  • Iemand die een vlotte kennis van de Nederlandse taal heeft.
  • Iemand die wil werken volgens strikte kwaliteits- en voedselveiligheidsnormen.
  • Een flexibele persoon, die bereid is in een dag shift of 2-ploenstelsel te werken.
