The posting

In deze functie ben jij de centrale figuur voor alles wat techniek betreft. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor:

  • Preventief onderhoud van ons volledig geautomatiseerd machinepark, waardoor je curatief onderhoud tot een minimum herleid
  • Verbeteringen aanbrengen i.f.v. betrouwbaarheid en beschikbaarheid om de continuïteit en rendement van het productieproces te garanderen
  • Snel en doeltreffend oplossen van technische storingen (elektrisch & mechanisch)
  • Ombouwen van machines voor verschillende productieruns
  • Beheer en opvolging van het onderdelenmagazijn
  • Administratieve opvolging van het onderhoud (registratie, rapportering, opvolging van planning)
  • Aansturen of opvolgen van externe techniekers indien nodig
  • Je beschikt minimaal over een A2- of bachelor-diploma in elektromechanica, mechanica of elektriciteit
  • Of je hebt relevante ervaring als storingstechnieker in een industriële productieomgeving
  • Je hebt een rijbewijs B
  • Je hebt een hands-on mentaliteit en werkt graag zelfstandig
  • Stilzitten is niets voor jou: je neemt initiatief en zoekt actief naar oplossingen
  • Je bent dynamisch, flexibel en houdt van variatie
  • Je kan goed storingen analyseren en oplossen op elektrisch vlak (sensoren, bekabeling, transportbanden, elektrische kasten, relais, …)
  • Je herkent en herstelt storingen op mechanisch vlak (tandwielkasten, dichtingen, lagers, boutverbindingen, pompen, motoren, smering, …)
  • Je bent stressbestendig en hebt een sterk verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel
  • Veiligheid, planning en het ondersteunen van productieprocessen draag je hoog in het vaandel
