Werkplaatstechnieker - Bilzen - Voltijdse functie

Ben jij een technisch talent dat klaar is om zijn vaardigheden in te zetten? Als werkplaatstechnieker in Bilzen zorg je ervoor dat onze machines in topconditie zijn voordat ze naar onze klanten gaan.

Beantwoord je de volgende vragen met "ja"?

  • Heb je een technische opleiding of diploma in elektromechanica, elektrotechniek of werktuigbouwkunde?
  • Heb je ervaring met industriële apparatuur of vergelijkbare machines?
  • Kun je technische tekeningen en schema's lezen en interpreteren?

In deze rol ga je de volgende taken uitvoeren:

  • Uitvoeren van PDI-tests (Pre-Delivery Inspection) op nieuwe machines voordat ze de voorraadlocatie verlaten.
  • Rapporteren van eventuele transportschade of kwaliteitsproblemen aan de fabrieken.
  • Configureren van nieuwe machines volgens de verkochte opties en voorzien van de juiste zeefmedia.
  • Onderhouden van de verhuurvloot door het uitvoeren van PDI's, herstellingen, onderhoud en kleine technische interventies.
  • Uitvoeren van herstellingen op basis van verschillende technologieën, waaronder mechanica, hydraulica, elektriciteit en elektronica.
  • Nauwkeurig rapporteren van de staat van elke verhuurmachine, inclusief schade.
  • Assisteren bij het opstellen, installeren en opstarten van machines bij klanten, in samenwerking met het senior serviceteam.
  • Assisteren bij grotere herstellingen en revisies aan machines van dealers en klanten.
  • De werkplaats en de parkeer-/stallingsruimte voor machines ordelijk en gestructureerd houden.
  • Software downloaden en installeren voor upgrades van machineprogramma's.
  • Potentiële technische verbeteringen identificeren en voorstellen aan de engineeringafdeling.
  • Naleven van alle veiligheidsvoorschriften en bedrijfsprocedures tijdens de werkzaamheden.

Daarnaast ben je verantwoordelijk voor het correct invullen van werkorders, servicerapporten en onderhoudsregistraties.

Wij zijn op zoek naar iemand die voldoet aan de volgende vereisten:

  • Een technische opleiding of diploma in elektromechanica, elektrotechniek, werktuigbouwkunde of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Ervaring als werkplaatstechnieker, onderhoudstechnieker of Field Service Engineer is een pluspunt.
  • Ervaring met industriële apparatuur, bouwmachines of vergelijkbare machines is een voordeel.
  • Goede kennis van mechanische systemen, aangevuld met kennis van hydraulica.
  • Basiskennis van elektriciteit en elektronica.
  • Vermogen om technische tekeningen en schema's te lezen en interpreteren.
  • Vertrouwd zijn met diagnostische tools en technieken voor technische probleemoplossing.
  • Goede kennis van de Engelse taal, zowel schriftelijk als mondeling.
