Dan is het misschien tijd om eens rond te kijken. Hier krijg je opnieuw de ruimte om te doen waar je goed in bent: diagnoses stellen, problemen oplossen en kwalitatief werk afleveren.

Wat ga je doen? Als ervaren autotechnieker werk je zelfstandig aan personenwagens en bestelwagens. Je krijgt verantwoordelijkheid over je eigen werk en hoeft voor technische beslissingen niet constant iemand naast je te hebben staan..

Jouw takenpakket:

  • Onderhoud en herstellingen aan personenwagens en bestelwagens.
  • Zelfstandig opsporen en analyseren van technische storingen.
  • Uitvoeren van mechanische en technische herstellingen.
  • Diagnoses stellen en de juiste oplossing bepalen.
  • Problemen volledig afwerken van diagnose tot herstelling.
  • Controleren en testen van je uitgevoerde werken.
  • Meedenken over technische oplossingen bij moeilijkere problemen.
  • Collega's ondersteunen wanneer jouw ervaring kan helpen.
  • Indien nodig technische informatie toelichten aan klanten.

Je krijgt hier geen job waarin iemand voortdurend over je schouder meekijkt. Je bent ervaren, kent je vak en krijgt het vertrouwen om dat ook zelfstandig uit te voeren.

Waar ga je werken? Je komt terecht in een familiale garage waar de lijnen kort zijn en de zaakvoerder en zijn _rouw nog nauw betrokken zijn bij de dagelijkse werking. Geen grote structuur met verschillende lagen, maar rechtstreeks overleg en duidelijke afspraken. Je krijgt de vrijheid om zelfstandig te werken en tegelijk kan je rekenen op collega's wanneer overleg of ondersteuning nodig is.

  • Je hebt meerdere jaren ervaring als autotechnieker of mecanicien.
  • Je kan zelfstandig diagnoses uitvoeren en technische problemen oplossen.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en gaat voor een kwalitatieve herstelling.
  • Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid over je eigen werk.
  • Je bent op zoek naar een nieuwe omgeving waar je ervaring en zelfstandigheid gewaardeerd worden.
