  • Je voert zowel preventief als curatief onderhoud uit aan diverse installaties, waarbij je mechanische en elektrische defecten vakkundig aanpakt.
  • Bij acute storingen spoor je de oorzaak snel op aan de hand van schema's en meettechnieken om stilstanden tot een minimum te beperken.
  • Je stelt proactief smeerschema's en onderhoudsplannen op om de levensduur en betrouwbaarheid van het machinepark te verhogen.
  • Kleine constructieherstellingen en metaalbewerkingen, zoals het (de)monteren van lagers, voer je zelfstandig en nauwkeurig uit.
  • Het afstellen en vervangen van pneumatische componenten zoals cilinders en ventielen behoort tot jouw dagelijkse routine.

Profiel:

  • Je beschikt over een diploma elektromechanica of bent gelijkwaardig door relevante ervaring in een industriële omgeving.
  • Kennis van industriële elektriciteit is essentieel, inclusief het kunnen lezen van schema's en het aansluiten van motoren.
  • Collega's omschrijven jou als een veelzijdige technieker die zich vlot inwerkt in mechanica, pneumatiek en elektronica.
