In deze functie krijg je de kans om jouw technische kennis dagelijks in de praktijk te brengen binnen een familiaal productiebedrijf waar samenwerking, zelfstandigheid en vakkennis centraal staan. Je werkt met specifieke excentrische en hydraulische persen en staat mee in voor het correct opstarten en draaiende houden van de productie. Je leert de machines en matrijzen grondig kennen door veel in de praktijk te werken. Dankzij jouw technisch inzicht, probleemoplossend vermogen en bereidheid om bij te leren krijg je de ruimte om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Je stelt matrijzen op en monteert en demonteert deze op diverse excentrische en hydraulische persen
  • Je stelt de perslijnen in, bedient de machines en bewaakt het productieproces
  • Je voert preventief onderhoud uit, vervangt onderdelen en lost technische storingen op
  • Je spoort problemen en non-conformiteiten op en zoekt naar een praktische en duurzame oplossing
  • Je denkt mee over technische verbeteringen, begeleidt collega's waar nodig en zorgt mee voor een veilige en efficiënte productie

Waar ga je werken? Je komt terecht in een familiaal productiebedrijf waar technische kennis en vakmanschap belangrijk zijn. Je werkt samen met een compact productieteam en krijgt de ruimte om de machines en processen grondig te leren kennen. Omdat het om specifieke en oudere machines gaat, is technisch inzicht belangrijk. Je leert veel op de werkvloer en krijgt de kans om jouw kennis verder uit te breiden door zelf aan de slag te gaan.

  • Je hebt meerdere jaren technische ervaring en beschikt over kennis van mechanica, elektronica, pneumatica en hydraulica
  • Je kan technische plannen lezen en hebt bij voorkeur kennis van matrijzen en PLC-systemen zoals Siemens, Pilz of Schneider Electric
  • Je bent zelfstandig, praktisch en kritisch ingesteld, denkt mee met het bedrijf en werkt graag samen met collega's
