Wat ga je doen?

  • Je staat in voor het preventief en curatief onderhoud van productiemachines en technische installaties
  • Je analyseert mechanische en elektrische storingen en zorgt voor een duurzame oplossing
  • Je voert matrijswissels uit en ondersteunt de productie bij technische interventies
  • Je stelt machines af en optimaliseert waar nodig de werking ervan
  • Je werkt met geautomatiseerde machines waarin mechanica, elektriciteit, pneumatiek en robotica samenkomen
  • Je leest technische plannen en schema's om storingen efficiënt te lokaliseren
  • Je programmeert en past instellingen van machines aan wanneer nodig
  • Je denkt actief mee over verbeteringen aan machines, installaties en productieprocessen
  • Je werkt nauw samen met productiecollega's om stilstanden tot een minimum te beperken
  • Je zorgt voor een veilige, ordelijke en efficiënte technische werkomgeving

  • Je hebt een technische opleiding gevolgd binnen (elektro)mechanica, elektriciteit of automatisering, of beschikt over gelijkwaardige ervaring
  • Je hebt ervaring als onderhouds- of productietechnieker binnen een productieomgeving
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van mechanica en elektriciteit, kennis van pneumatiek, robotica of PLC is een plus
  • Je kan technische plannen lezen en interpreteren
