Wij zijn op zoek naar een technieker! Heb jij een passie voor techniek en help je klanten graag met de glimlach verder? Dan is dit de perfecte uitdaging voor jou!

Jouw takenpakket:

  • Als Technieker ben je het aanspreekpunt voor technische vragen.
  • Je zorgt dat defecte producten weer als nieuw hersteld worden.
  • Je analyseert het probleem en adviseert klanten over de beste oplossing of herstelling.
  • Je voert zelfstandig herstellingen uit aan producten die naar ons atelier worden verzonden.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met de Technical Support Administrator
  • Indien nodig spring je met plezier bij om je collega's aan de afhaalbalie te ondersteunen.

Je komt terecht in een stabiel, internationaal bedrijf met wereldwijd zo'n 900 medewerkers. Met meer dan 40 jaar ervaring in de sector zijn ze een gevestigde waarde, maar de ambitie om te blijven groeien is nog even groot als in het begin!

  • Technische basis: Je hebt een goede basiskennis van elektriciteit.

  • Talenkennis: Je spreekt zeer goed Frans en hebt een goede kennis van het Nederlands.
