Als Technieker Hard Boiled/UFO zorg je ervoor dat het machinepark optimaal blijft functioneren. Je helpt productiestilstanden zoveel mogelijk te beperken en draagt bij aan een veilige, kwalitatieve en efficiënte productieomgeving.

Je takenpakket is gevarieerd en bestaat onder andere uit:

  • Je spoort mechanische en elektrische storingen op en lost deze vakkundig op.
  • Je stelt diagnoses, voert indien nodig noodreparaties uit en zoekt naar duurzame technische oplossingen.
  • Je staat in voor preventief onderhoud, geplande onderhoudswerkzaamheden en revisies.
  • Je voert offline revisies uit en ondersteunt bij het opnieuw opstarten van installaties.
  • Je werkt mee aan technische verbeterings- en optimalisatieprojecten en doet voorstellen om veiligheid, kwaliteit en efficiëntie verder te verhogen.
  • Je registreert je uitgevoerde werkzaamheden correct in het onderhoudssysteem en deelt relevante technische informatie met je collega's.
  • Je ondersteunt operatoren bij technische problemen en helpt hen om storingen correct te herkennen en te melden.
  • Je deelt je technische kennis met collega's en ondersteunt bij de introductie van nieuwe technologieën en werkwijzen.
  • Indien nodig spring je ook bij binnen de UFO-afdeling, eventueel in een ploegenstelsel.

Voor deze functie zoeken we een ervaren technieker met een sterke technische interesse en een hands-on mentaliteit.

  • Je hebt bij voorkeur minstens 5 jaar ervaring als technieker.
  • Ervaring binnen de voedingssector is mooi meegenomen, maar geen vereiste.
  • Je beschikt over een technische opleiding, bijvoorbeeld elektromechanica, of hebt gelijkwaardige technische ervaring opgebouwd.
  • Kennis van Rimses is een pluspunt.
  • Je communiceert duidelijk en werkt vlot samen met collega's en productie.
  • Je staat open voor feedback en denkt mee naar oplossingen die zowel technisch als praktisch haalbaar zijn.
  • Je kan je werkzaamheden goed organiseren en coördineren.
  • Je bent flexibel en weet het hoofd koel te houden wanneer er bij een storing snel geschakeld moet worden.
  • Je bent leergierig en staat open voor nieuwe technieken en installaties.
