Ben jij een technieker die energie krijgt van het oplossen van storingen én het verbeteren van machines? Wil je werken in een moderne productieomgeving in Wevelgem, waar kwalitatieve gezondheidsproducten worden geproduceerd voor een internationale markt? Dan is deze uitdaging iets voor jou.

Als elektromechanieker ben je samen met je collega's verantwoordelijk voor het optimaal laten draaien van het machinepark. Dankzij jouw technische kennis zorg je ervoor dat productielijnen betrouwbaar, efficiënt en veilig blijven werken.

Jouw taken:

  • Uitvoeren van preventief en curatief onderhoud aan machines en installaties
  • Analyseren en oplossen van mechanische en elektrische storingen
  • Monteren, demonteren en afstellen van productielijnen bij productwissels
  • Onderhouden van de algemene infrastructuur volgens het onderhoudsplan
  • Actief meedenken over technische verbeteringen en optimalisaties
  • Beheer van wisselstukken en gereedschappen ondersteunen
  • Werkdocumenten, checklijsten en technische registraties correct invullen
  • Operatoren technisch ondersteunen waar nodig

Je werkt in een 2-ploegenstelsel:

  • Vroege ploeg: 5u00 tot 13u00
  • Late ploeg: 13u00 tot 21u00
  • Vrijdag: 5u00 tot 12u00 of 12u00 tot 19u00

Je hebt een opleiding elektromechanica, elektriciteit of gelijkwaardige technische ervaring

Je hebt ervaring in een productieomgeving

Je kan zelfstandig storingen analyseren en oplossen

Ervaring met het omstellen en afregelen van machines is een pluspunt

Je denkt oplossingsgericht en werkt nauwkeurig

Je hebt oog voor veiligheid, kwaliteit en administratie

Je spreekt en schrijft vlot Nederlands

Je werkt graag samen maar kan ook zelfstandig je verantwoordelijkheid opnemen
