Ben jij een technisch onderlegd individu met een grote passie voor machines? Heb je ervaring met het onderhouden en repareren van landbouwmachines? Voel je je op je gemak in een dynamische omgeving waar klanttevredenheid centraal staat? Als je op deze vragen 'ja' kunt antwoorden, dan hebben wij de perfecte functie voor jou!

In deze rol zorg jij ervoor dat tractoren, oogstmachines en aanhorigheden optimaal functioneren. Je verricht preventief onderhoud, voert herstellingen uit en duikt diep in storingen op het gebied van hydrauliek, elektronica, motormanagement en pneumatiek. Daarnaast maak je nieuwe en tweedehands machines verkoopklaar, monteer je banden, en voer je kleine constructiewerken uit. Je houdt ook de werkplaats en voorraad netjes en op orde. In onze organisatie hechten we waarde aan korte lijnen en directe communicatie, en bieden we je de kans om je vaardigheden verder te ontwikkelen. Jij begrijpt niet alleen de machines, maar ook de behoeften van onze klanten, want bij ons draait alles om het bieden van de beste oplossingen!

Wij zijn op zoek naar kandidaten met de volgende kwalificaties:

  • Een diploma in Onderhoudsmechanica of Elektromechanica, of vergelijkbare ervaring.
  • Kennis van kleine verbrandingsmotoren en een degelijke mechanische basis.
  • De bereidheid om te leren en jezelf verder te ontwikkelen.
  • Een proactieve houding en de wil om door te zetten tot het probleem is opgelost.
  • De capaciteit om veilig en netjes te werken, zelfs in drukke periodes.
