Jobomschrijving

Als technieker ben je een belangrijke schakel binnen het onderhoudsteam. Je zorgt ervoor dat productie-installaties optimaal functioneren en grijpt snel in wanneer zich technische problemen voordoen. Je takenpakket bestaat onder andere uit:· Lokaliseren en oplossen van storingen aan productie-installaties, met een focus op elektrische werkzaamheden (± 70%) en mechanische interventies (± 30%).· Onderhoud en herstellingen uitvoeren aan onder meer productielijnen, transportsystemen en geautomatiseerde installaties.· Preventief onderhoud plannen en uitvoeren om stilstanden te voorkomen.· Meewerken aan technische verbeterings- en investeringsprojecten.· Actief meedenken over procesoptimalisaties en structurele oplossingen voor terugkerende storingen.· Ondersteunen bij de opstart van nieuwe machines en installaties.· Begeleiden en ondersteunen van operatoren bij technische vragen.· Waken over de veiligheidsprocedures en bijdragen aan een veilige werkomgeving.· Correct registreren en rapporteren van uitgevoerde werkzaamheden in het onderhoudsbeheersysteem.

Je bent een technisch talent dat graag initiatief neemt en problemen grondig analyseert voordat je een oplossing uitwerkt. Daarnaast herken je jezelf in het volgende profiel:· Je beschikt over een technische opleiding of relevante ervaring binnen elektriciteit, elektromechanica of een gelijkaardige richting.· Je werkt graag zelfstandig en neemt verantwoordelijkheid op.· Je denkt analytisch en gaat gestructureerd te werk.· Je hebt oog voor kwaliteit, veiligheid, orde en netheid.· Je bent communicatief sterk en werkt graag samen met collega's uit verschillende afdelingen.· Je volgt technologische ontwikkelingen op en blijft je technische kennis graag uitbreiden. Extra troeven· Kennis van Siemens PLC.· Ervaring met Eplan.· Goede kennis van Microsoft Office.· Ervaring binnen een productieomgeving.
