Je werkt in een moderne werkplaats, krijgt ruimte om door te groeien en kunt rekenen op een goede balans tussen werk en vrije tijd. Kortom: een job waarin je handen uit de mouwen kunt steken en vooruit kunt kijken.

Wat ga je doen? Als autotechnieker zorg je ervoor dat personenwagens en vans veilig en betrouwbaar de weg op kunnen. Je werkt aan verschillende voertuigen, spoort technische problemen op en krijgt de kans om je kennis verder uit te bouwen met moderne diagnoseapparatuur en begeleiding van een ervaren mentor.

  • Je voert onderhoud en herstellingen uit aan personenwagens en vans volgens de geldende kwaliteitsnormen.
  • Je gebruikt moderne diagnoseapparatuur om technische problemen snel en nauwkeurig op te sporen.
  • Je controleert je herstellingen via een testrit en zorgt ervoor dat elk voertuig veilig en in goede staat de werkplaats verlaat.
  • Je werkt samen met een ervaren mentor die je begeleidt en ondersteunt terwijl je steeds zelfstandiger wordt, en krijgt zo de kans om je technische kennis verder uit te bouwen.
  • Je denkt mee over technische problemen en leert werken met verschillende voertuigen en moderne technieken.

  • Je hebt een diploma automechanica of gelijkwaardige ervaring. Ervaring als technieker is mooi meegenomen, maar geen vereiste: jouw leergierigheid en motivatie zijn minstens zo belangrijk.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en kwaliteitsgericht, hebt oog voor veiligheid en klantvriendelijkheid en kunt zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband werken. Je spreekt en begrijpt goed Nederlands om vlot en veilig met collega's samen te werken.
  • Een HEV-attest is een extra troef, maar geen vereiste.
