Ganzjährige Beschäftigung ¿ ab sofortORGANOID steht für authentische, nachhaltige Oberflächen aus natürlichen Materialien. In unserem Produktionsstandort in Fließ arbeiten wir mit viel Innovationsgeist an neuen textilen Lösungen für die Innenraumgestaltung. Zur Verstärkung suchen wir eine fachlich versierte Persönlichkeit mit technischem Verständnis und Hands-on-Mentalität.

Vollzeit

40 Stunden, Montag bis Freitag

Tätigkeiten

* Optimierung bestehender Produktionsanlagen sowie Entwicklung neuer Verfahren für natürliche Oberflächen

* Prüfung und Bewertung neuer biologischer Rohstoffe im Hinblick auf technische Qualitätsstandards

* Begleitung des Prototypings von der ersten Skizze bis zum fertigen Muster

* Technische Unterstützung der Produktion bei komplexen Fragestellungen zur Sicherstellung reibungsloser Abläufe

Anforderungen

* Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (HTL, FH oder Universität) in Maschinenbau, Verfahrenstechnik, Elektrotechnik oder Werkstoffwissenschaften

* Berufserfahrung in einem Produktionsumfeld, idealerweise in der Entwicklung und Umsetzung textiler Lösungen

* Erfahrung im Umgang mit Prüfverfahren und Brandschutzrichtlinien

* Qualitätskontrolle (BISKompetenz)

* Hands-on-Mentalität sowie lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise

* Hohes Bewusstsein für Nachhaltigkeit und natürliche Materialien

* Deutschkenntnisse auf C2-Niveau und Englischkenntnisse auf B2-Niveau, jeweils der Tätigkeit entsprechend erforderlich

Hinweis zur Entlohnung

Das kollektivvertragliche Mindestgehalt beträgt 3.146,27 EUR brutto pro Monat auf Basis von 40 Stunden.

Für diese Position ist ein Mindestgehalt von 3.746,15 EUR brutto pro Monat vorgesehen.

Das tatsächliche Gehalt richtet sich nach Qualifikation und Erfahrung. Die Auszahlung erfolgt 14mal jährlich.Überstunden werden teilweise in Form von Zeitausgleich abgegolten und teilweise ausbezahlt.
