KG sucht zur Verstärkung ihres Teams einen erfahrenen Techniker / Ingenieur (m/w/d) im Bereich Elektrotechnik mit fundierter Berufserfahrung in der Kalkulation, Bearbeitung öffentlicher Ausschreibungen und technischen Projektabwicklung. 1 Techniker / Ingenieur Elektrotechnik (m/w/d)

Arbeitsort: Wien

Beschäftigung: Vollzeit (38,5 Wochenstunden)

Eintritt: ab sofort möglich bzw. nach Vereinbarung

Ihre Aufgaben:

* Selbstständige Bearbeitung und Prüfung von öffentlichen und privaten Ausschreibungen

* Kalkulation von Elektroinstallationsprojekten und Erstellung von Angeboten

* Prüfung und Bearbeitung von Leistungsverzeichnissen (LV)

* Erstellung von Kalkulationsunterlagen gemäß ÖNORM B 2061

* Bearbeitung und Erstellung von K-Blättern (K2, K3, K4, K7)

* Abwicklung von Ausschreibungen über ANKÖ / e-Vergabe-Plattformen

* Massenermittlung und Prüfung von Plan- und Ausschreibungsunterlagen

* Einholung, Prüfung und Auswertung von Lieferanten- und Subunternehmerangeboten

* Erstellung und Kalkulation von Nachträgen, Zusatzleistungen und Mehrkostenforderungen

* Laufendes Nachtragsmanagement

* Aufmaß, Abrechnung und Dokumentation ausgeführter Leistungen

* Technische und kaufmännische Begleitung öffentlicher Aufträge

* Technische Abstimmung mit Auftraggebern, Planern und Bauleitungen

* Unterstützung bei Aufklärungsschreiben und Nachforderungen im Zuge von Vergabeverfahren

* Begleitung der Projekte von der Ausschreibung und Angebotslegung bis zur Schlussabrechnung

Ihr Profil:

* Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung im Bereich Elektrotechnik (HTL, FH, TU oder vergleichbare Qualifikation)

* Mehrjährige einschlägige Berufserfahrung in der Elektrotechnik

* Nachweisbare Erfahrung mit öffentlichen Ausschreibungen und Vergabeverfahren

* Gesicherte Kenntnisse in der Kalkulation von Elektroinstallationsprojekten

* Erfahrung mit ÖNORM B 2061 und K-Blättern

* Erfahrung mit ANKÖ bzw. elektronischen Vergabeplattformen

* Sicherer Umgang mit Leistungsverzeichnissen, Elektroplänen und Ausschreibungsunterlagen

* Erfahrung im Nachtragsmanagement und in der Projektabrechnung

* Gesicherte MS-Office-Kenntnisse sowie Erfahrung mit Kalkulations- und Ausschreibungssoftware (ABK udgl.)

* Selbstständige, strukturierte und genaue Arbeitsweise

* Kaufmännisches Verständnis und Kostenbewusstsein

* Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, der Tätigkeit entsprechend
