Deine Aufgaben:

* Unterstützung der Projekt-/Bauleitung bei allen technischen und kaufmännischen Anliegen

* Massenermittlung sowie Aufmaß und Abrechnung

* Erstellung von Leistungsverzeichnissen und Ausschreibungen, sowie Terminpläne, Rechnungsprüfungen und Kostenverfolgungen

* Möglichkeit in verantwortungsvolle Aufgaben hineinzuwachsen (Projektentwicklung/Immobilienverwaltung)

Dein Profil:

* abgeschlossene bautechnische Ausbildung (HTL-Hoch-/Tiefbau)

* mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als Bautechniker_in

* Kenntnisse in AUER Success sowie sehr gute MS-Office Kenntnisse (Excel)

* Bauabwicklungskenntnisse
