Als Technisch aankoper in Gits ben je een belangrijke schakel binnen een technische productieomgeving waar kwaliteit, leverbetrouwbaarheid en kostenbewust werken centraal staan. Je combineert analytisch inzicht met een hands-on aanpak en werkt nauw samen met interne stakeholders zoals engineering, productie, kwaliteit en management, maar ook met externe leveranciers.

In deze functie beheer je een gevarieerd aankoopdossier en volg je aankoopprocessen van dichtbij op. Je zorgt ervoor dat de organisatie kan rekenen op de juiste goederen en diensten, tegen de juiste voorwaarden en binnen de afgesproken timing. Daarbij neem je zowel operationele als coördinerende taken op en heb je een directe impact op de continuïteit van de werking.

Jouw takenpakket omvat onder meer:

  • Offertes opvragen, vergelijken en inhoudelijk evalueren
  • Onderhandelen met leveranciers over prijs, kwaliteit, levertermijnen en commerciële voorwaarden
  • Lastenboeken en technische aankoopdossiers mee opstellen en opvolgen
  • Aankooporders voorbereiden en administratief verwerken
  • Leveringen en bestellingen opvolgen van bestelling tot ontvangst
  • Technische tekeningen en specificaties lezen en vertalen naar correcte aankoopacties
  • Overleggen met interne afdelingen om noden tijdig te detecteren en af te stemmen
  • Voorraadniveaus bewaken en mee werken aan een gezond werkkapitaal
  • Actief bijdragen aan procesverbetering binnen aankoop en leveranciersbeheer

Je werkt in een stabiele en goed georganiseerde omgeving waar technische expertise sterk aanwezig is. Minstens de helft van je tijd besteed je aan operationele opvolging, waardoor je een zichtbare en tastbare rol speelt in de dagelijkse werking.

Voor deze functie zoeken we een ervaren en nauwkeurige professional met een sterke affiniteit voor techniek, procesopvolging en onderhandelen. Je voelt je thuis in een industriële omgeving en weet vlot prioriteiten te stellen tussen operationele dossiers en meer analytische taken.

We verwachten dat je beschikt over:

  • Een bachelor- of masterdiploma, bij voorkeur in een technische, economische of logistieke richting
  • 5 tot 10 jaar relevante ervaring binnen aankoop, procurement, supply chain of een technisch-administratieve omgeving
  • Sterk analytisch vermogen en een gestructureerde manier van werken
  • Goede onderhandelingsvaardigheden en een professionele communicatiestijl
  • Vlotte kennis van Nederlands en een goede praktische kennis van Engels; bijkomende talen zijn een plus
  • Ervaring met het lezen van technische tekeningen of de bereidheid dit snel aan te leren
  • Goede digitale vaardigheden en vlot gebruik van MS Office; ervaring met ERP-systemen is een troef
  • Een hands-on mindset, gecombineerd met verantwoordelijkheidszin en nauwkeurigheid
  • De maturiteit om vlot samen te werken met diverse interne en externe stakeholders

Je bent iemand die comfortabel schakelt tussen administratie, communicatie en operationele opvolging. Je werkt resultaatgericht, bent kritisch waar nodig en houdt altijd het overzicht, ook wanneer verschillende dossiers tegelijk lopen.
