Techniek, zakelijk inzicht en wereldwijde sourcing in één rol

Als Technisch Aankoper binnen Custom Manufacturing reverse engineer je mechanische onderdelen op basis van het benodigde productieproces. Je vertrekt van een sample of een technische tekening, en gaat zelfstandig op zoek naar de geschikte leverancier. Je beheert het volledige traject autonoom en bewaakt daarbij de maakbaarheid, kwaliteit, kostprijs en leveranciersperformantie.

De functie combineert tastbare techniek met leveranciersinteractie. Je blijft dicht bij het fysieke product en ziet rechtstreeks hoe jouw beslissingen bijdragen aan het productgamma voor onze klanten.

Jobomschrijving

  • Je analyseert het productportfolio en de markt en identificeert kansen om nieuwe onderdelen te ontwikkelen, alternatieve bronnen op te starten en de rendabiliteit en beschikbaarheid te verbeteren.
  • Je bouwt wereldwijd een sterke leveranciersportefeuille uit via marktonderzoek, beurzen, interne en externe contacten en het bestaande netwerk van TVH. Je vertaalt de technische informatie naar een duidelijke leveranciersaanvraag, beoordeelt productiecapaciteiten en offertes en onderhandelt over kostprijs, levertermijnen en commerciële voorwaarden.
  • Je volgt samen met Quality de kwaliteit en leverprestaties op en neemt gericht actie wanneer een product, leverancier of bevoorrading niet aan de verwachtingen voldoet.
  • Je groeit uit tot technisch aanspreekpunt voor jouw productdomein en adviseert collega’s binnen aankoop, sales en andere betrokken afdelingen.

Je beschikt over een technisch A2 of bachelordiploma, of hebt door ervaring een gelijkwaardig technisch niveau opgebouwd.

Je begrijpt productieprocessen, kunt technische tekeningen interpreteren en hebt inzicht in de factoren die de maakbaarheid en kostprijs van een onderdeel bepalen.

Je bent analytisch en praktisch ingesteld en combineert technisch inzicht met een zakelijke reflex.

Je bouwt gemakkelijk professionele relaties op en kunt leveranciers constructief overtuigen, uitdagen en meenemen in onderhandelingen.

Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en Engels.

Je neemt initiatief en werkt zelfstandig, maar weet wanneer je andere expertises moet betrekken om tot de beste oplossing te komen.
