The posting

Meer dan bestelbonnen opvolgen: in deze rol lees je mee in meetstaten, vergelijk je prijzen kritisch en beslis je samen met projectleiders welke onderaannemers aan de slag gaan. Variatie gegarandeerd, want je werkt mee aan industriebouwprojecten van ramen en poorten tot complexe staalconstructies.

Je doet dat binnen een Belgisch familiebedrijf in de regio Zonhoven, dat al sinds 1975 actief is in de industriebouw en bekendstaat om zijn menselijke, no-nonsense cultuur. Hier krijg je 32 vakantiedagen, een bedrijfswagen met tankkaart en een vast contract in een omgeving waar expertise en engagement centraal staan.

Functie

  • Je bent van bij de start betrokken bij projecten. Je werkt nauw samen met de business unit manager, het calculatieteam en de projectleiders. Je gaat verder dan enkel offertes opvragen: jij doorgrondt plannen, interpreteert meetstaten en vergelijkt prijzen niet alleen op cijfers, maar ook op inhoud.
  • Je analyseert meetstaten en projectplannen en haalt er alles uit dat nodig is voor onderaannemers.
  • Je vergelijkt prijzen en bespreekt de verschillen samen met projectleiders.
  • Je beheert het volledige aankoopproces voor onderaannemers in industriebouw (ramen, poorten, staalconstructies…).
  • Je bent van bij de start betrokken bij projecten en zorgt dat alles tijdig op de werf is.
  • Je ondersteunt daarnaast ook de aankoop voor andere business units.

Profiel

  • Minstens 5 jaar ervaring in aankoop binnen de bouwsector (onderaanneming).
  • Je kan plannen en meetstaten interpreteren en begrijpt de technische impact.
  • Je bent analytisch sterk, kan kritisch vergelijken en inhoudelijk het verschil zien.
  • Je werkt vlot met ERP-pakketten (ervaring met Microsoft Dynamics is een plus) en Excel.
  • Je communiceert vlot met collega’s, leveranciers en projectleiders.
