Dan zijn wij op zoek naar jou!

Als Technisch Administratief Bediende ondersteun je onze onderhoudsafdeling op administratief, organisatorisch en logistiek vlak. Je zorgt ervoor dat de administratie rond onderhoud, onderdelen, bestellingen en technische interventies correct en efficiënt wordt opgevolgd.

Daarnaast speel je een belangrijke rol in het beheer van ons technisch magazijn. Je zorgt mee voor een correcte voorraad, een overzichtelijke en veilige werkomgeving en een vlotte beschikbaarheid van de juiste onderdelen voor onze techniekers.

Je werkt nauw samen met de onderhoudsverantwoordelijke, techniekers, leveranciers en verschillende interne afdelingen.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Administratieve ondersteuning: verwerken en archiveren van werkorders en onderhoudsrapporten, registreren van interventies en verwerken van technische documentatie.
  • Bestellingen & leveranciers: aanmaken en opvolgen van bestellingen in SAP, opvolgen van leveringen en facturen en contacten met externe leveranciers.
  • Technisch magazijn: beheren en controleren van de voorraad, uitvoeren en/of organiseren van stocktellingen en zorgen voor orde, netheid en veiligheid.
  • ULTIMO: registreren en beheren van onderdelen, inclusief correcte locatie, links, alternatieven en labeling.
  • Onderhoud & projecten: administratief ondersteunen van de onderhouds afdeling en de techniekers bij projecten.
  • Keuringen & optimalisatie: plannen en opvolgen van keuringen en wettelijke controles en actief meedenken over de verbetering van het magazijn- en onderhoudsbeheer.

Dit breng je mee

  • Je hebt bij voorkeur een administratieve opleiding gevolgd en/of relevante ervaring opgebouwd in een technische of industriële omgeving;
  • Je beschikt over een basiskennis van SAP; ervaring met ULTIMO of een vergelijkbaar systeem is een pluspunt;
  • Je bent administratief sterk onderlegd, Microsoft 365, Excel ed. heb je vlot onder de knie.
  • Je bent nauwkeurig, georganiseerd en gedreven en hebt oog voor detail;
  • Je haalt plezier uit het organiseren en verwerken van gegevens en weet goed prioriteiten te stellen;
  • Je bent servicegericht, positief en optimistisch ingesteld;
  • Je werkt graag samen, communiceert vlot en bent een echte teamplayer.
