Ben jij een organisatorisch talent dat houdt van afwisseling? Schakel je moeiteloos tussen nauwkeurig computerwerk, fysieke logistiek in het magazijn en het adviseren van klanten in de toonzaal? Dan is deze unieke, veelzijdige sleutelfunctie binnen ons bedrijf jou op het lijf geschreven!

Wat ga je doen? In deze allround functie ben jij de spilfiguur van onze organisatie. Jouw takenpakket is opgedeeld in drie grote pijlers:

1. Planning & Offertebeheer (Kantoor)

  • Je berekent nauwkeurige offertes voor chape en vloerisolatie.
  • Je maakt deze offertes professioneel op in ons ERP-systeem (DataM).
  • Je stelt de planning op en volgt deze nauwgezet op voor de uitvoering van chape, vloerisolatie, renovaties en de plaatsing van tegels.

2. Magazijn & Logistiek (Magazijn)

  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het magazijn en het voorraadbeheer.
  • Je controleert de binnenkomende goederen en bereidt de uitleveringen aan onze klanten voor.
  • Je lost inkomende vrachtwagens (hiervoor is het vlot kunnen bedienen van een vorkheftruck een must).

3. Klantenadvies & Toonzaal (Winkel)

  • Je ontvangt en begeleidt klanten in onze toonzaal bij hun zoektocht naar de perfecte tegel.
  • Je vertaalt hun wensen in een correcte offerte.
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat de toonzaal er altijd piekfijn en geordend bijstaat (een plaats voor alles en alles netjes op z’n plaats).
  • Computergestuurd: Je bent zeer vaardig met computers en pikt softwarepakketten (zoals ons ERP-systeem) snel op.
  • Je bent bereid om af en toe met een heftruck te rijden en hiervoor een attest te behalen.
  • Communicatief: Je spreekt en schrijft vlot Nederlands en Frans. Andere talen zijn een plus.
  • Klantgericht & Gestructureerd: Je bent het visitekaartje voor onze klanten en houdt van orde en netheid, zowel in het magazijn als in de toonzaal.
