The posting

Jij bent de drijvende kracht achter de organisatie van hoogwaardige automotive events.

Je schakelt moeiteloos tussen dagelijkse bedrijfsadministratie, praktische coördinatie en de ondersteuning van internationale bezoekers en test teams.

In jouw dagelijkse rol verzorg je de inkooporders, facturatie, kwaliteitsrapportages en de logistieke voorbereiding van de ruimtes en activiteiten op het terrein.

Je takenpakket omvat o.a.:

  • praktische en technische voorbereiding, ondersteuning en assisteren bij diverse taken tijdens de uitvoering van automotive evenementen ter plaatse
  • aanmaken van inkooporders (PO's) en facturen
  • opstellen van zakelijke en operationele rapportages en het opmaken van werknemerscertificaten of werkgeversverklaringen
  • ondersteunen bij administratieve en operationele processen conform ISO 9001
  • professioneel ontvangen van bezoekers, klanten, ingenieurs en externe automotive partners (verstrekken van informatie, toegangscontrole, badgebeheer en coördinatie op het terrein)
  • aanspreekpunt voor het behandelen en inplannen van testaanvragen ter plaatse en praktisch en technisch meedenken over de benodigdheden voor de voertuigen en testen
  • inplannen en voorbereiden van vergaderruimtes
  • occasioneel rijden met shuttlebus/wagen op de site om bezoekers of test teams naar de juiste locatie te brengen of voor het verplaatsen van voertuigen
  • bachelor in office management of gelijkwaardig door aantoonbare ervaring
  • affiniteit met, ervaring in of een warm netwerk binnen de automotive sector, wat je helpt om evenementen en klantrelaties vlot en gericht aan te sturen
  • voldoende technisch inzicht en gevoel bij auto's/techniek om vragen van klanten, ingenieurs en testers goed te begrijpen
  • sterk communicatief in Nederlands en Engels (mondeling en schriftelijk), kennis van Duits is een pluspunt
  • vlotte kennis van MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • goed analytisch inzicht
  • klantgerichte en behulpzame houding
  • in bezit van een geldig rijbewijs B
