Wil jij je technische kennis inzetten zonder constant fysiek werk te doen? Heb je oog voor oplossingen en wil je klanten écht vooruit helpen? En zoek je een job waarin techniek, advies en commercie samenkomen? Dan is deze functie als Technisch Adviseur iets voor jou.

1. Technische ondersteuning

  • Eerste aanspreekpunt bij technische vragen van klanten, collega’s en techniekers.
  • Problemen analyseren, oplossingen voorstellen en correcte registratie in ERP-systeem.

2. Garantiewerkzaamheden

  • Garantieclaims opvolgen van A tot Z, inclusief rapportage en communicatie met leveranciers.

3. Commerciële ondersteuning

  • Technische offertes uitwerken bij grotere aanpassingen of upgrades.
  • Technische ondersteuning bij de verkoop van nieuwe machines.
  • Proactieve opvolging van lopende projecten en efficiëntie verhogen voor de klant.

Je krijgt voldoende tijd en begeleiding om alles onder de knie te krijgen, met collega’s die je graag helpen om je weg te vinden in de job. Deze nieuwe functie is ideaal voor iemand met een achtergrond in onderhoudstechniek die iets minder fysiek werk wil doen, maar wél zijn technische kennis optimaal wil inzetten.

  • Bij voorkeur heb je een TSO-diploma, graduaat of bachelor in electromechanica, mechanica, hydraulica of elektronica, of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Enkele jaren ervaring in een technische functie is een grote meerwaarde (onderhoud, herstellingen, werkplaatsverantwoordelijke…).
  • Interesse in sectoren zoals grondverwerking, bouw, sloop, recycling en afvalverwerking mag niet ontbreken.
  • Communicatief ben je sterk en je bent professioneel in contact met klanten en collega’s.
  • Met Microsoft-software en ERP-pakketten kan je vlot aan de slag.
  • Nederlands spreek je vloeiend, Frans heb je goed onder de knie.
  • Je hebt een rijbewijs B.
