Sarister Technisch Adviseur Baggertechniek (Projectomgeving Vaarwegen & Kunstwerken) Tweet Nieuw Werkzaamheden De technisch adviseur ondersteunt de project- en contractorganisatie bij het voorbereiden en beheersen van onderhoudscontracten, met een focus op baggerwerkzaamheden en natte infrastructuur. De rol richt zich op het technisch borgen van contractdocumenten, risicobeheersing en technische toetsing tijdens zowel voorbereiding als uitvoering. Je werkt nauw samen met contract- en technisch management en fungeert als deskundige gesprekspartner voor interne specialisten, assetmanagement en marktpartijen. Kerntaken en Verantwoordelijkheden Technische toetsing en borging Reviewen en inhoudelijk toetsen van contractdocumenten op volledigheid, uitvoerbaarheid en normconformiteit (o.a. UAV-GC, wet- en regelgeving, technische standaarden). Verwerken en interpreteren van surveys, kuberingen en baggerdata. Opstellen en controleren van baggerprogramma's Analyseren van meetgegevens (wekelijks/maandelijks) en vertalen naar concrete baggeropgaven. Opstellen van uitvoerbare en nauwkeurig onderbouwde baggerprogramma's. Risicobeheersing en toetsstrategie Signaleren en beoordelen van technische risico's. Opstellen van toetsplannen, uitvoeren van toetsen en vastleggen van verificatiebewijzen. Ondersteuning contractvoorbereiding en uitvoering Leveren van technische input voor contractstukken en aanbestedingsdocumenten. Beoordelen van afwijkingen, meerwerk, schades en calamiteiten tijdens uitvoering. Stakeholderafstemming Afstemmen van technische keuzes met interne specialisten, assetmanagement en marktpartijen. Vastleggen van overlegstructuren en besluitvorming. Documentatie en rapportage Zorgdragen voor gestructureerde en overdraagbare rapportages conform interne richtlijnen.
