dé verbinder van leiderschap en technologie Werk als Technisch Adviseur Dijkversterking aan waterveiligheid, technische besluitvorming en een toekomstbestendig ontwerp in de planuitwerkingsfase. De functie Als Technisch Adviseur Dijkversterking werk je in de planuitwerkingsfase binnen een IPM-projectteam aan technische vraagstukken rond waterveiligheid. Je maakt deel uit van het technisch team, stemt af met ontwerpers, contractadviseurs en omgevingsadviseurs en bereidt technische keuzes en besluitvorming voor. Daarbij bewaak je de samenhang tussen disciplines en borg je maakbaarheid, duurzaamheid en toekomstig beheer en onderhoud in het ontwerp. Jouw taken - Je maakt onderdeel uit van het technisch team. - Je rapporteert aan de Technisch Manager over voortgang, openstaande acties en benodigde besluiten. - Je stemt af met ontwerpers, contractadviseurs en omgevingsadviseurs. - Je bewaakt de samenhang tussen de verschillende technische disciplines. - Je bereidt technische keuzes en besluitvormingsdocumenten voor en legt besluiten vast. - Je borgt de maakbaarheid, duurzaamheid en het toekomstig beheer en onderhoud in het ontwerp. - Je doorgrondt technische eisen van interne en externe stakeholders en weegt deze integraal af. - Je zoekt naar het optimum tussen kosten, eisen en wensen. Wij vragen - HBO of WO werk- en denkniveau. - Ruime ervaring in dijkversterkingsprojecten. - Je bent in staat kritisch te zijn op je eigen werkzaamheden en op die van een ander en weet hoofd- en bijzaken van elkaar te scheiden. - Je bent stevig genoeg om interne en externe partners aan te sturen. - Je hebt een proactieve, zelfsturende houding en een hoge mate van betrokkenheid en flexibiliteit, bent doelgericht en besluitvaardig. - Bij voorkeur heb je minimaal 5 jaar werkervaring in een vergelijkbaar werkveld met IPM-projectteams. - Ervaring in de planuitwerkingsfase van dijkversterkingsprojecten is een pre.
