In de regio Ruislede is een gespecialiseerde groothandel gevestigd die zich toelegt op kwalitatieve oplossingen in groene energie, zoals zonnepanelen en thuisbatterijen. Deze B2B-speler levert niet alleen aan installateurs in België, maar ook internationaal – met klanten in onder meer Frankrijk, Nederland, Duitsland en het Verenigd Koninkrijk. Ondanks hun beperkte team van 15 medewerkers realiseren ze een indrukwekkende jaaromzet van €150 miljoen. Om hun groei kracht bij te zetten, zijn ze op zoek naar een Junior Technisch Adviseur die het team komt versterken.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor installateurs in België en in beperkte mate voor enkele buurlanden. Je biedt proactieve ondersteuning via service calls en zorgt voor een meerwaarde door verder te gaan dan de concurrentie
  • Je begeleidt klanten bij de keuze en implementatie van duurzame energieoplossingen, zoals zonnepanelen en thuisbatterijen. Je adviseert hen over producten, installatie en werking
  • Je stelt nauwkeurige offertes op en zorgt voor een efficiënte opvolging, je brengt structuur in de administratie en zorgt dat alle technische adviezen correct worden gedocumenteerd
  • Je werkt nauw samen met de Country Manager en houdt hem op de hoogte van klantenvragen, technische uitdagingen en marktontwikkelingen
  • Sporadisch ga je op locatie bij grootschalige projecten om installateurs technisch te ondersteunen en de best mogelijke oplossing te garanderen
  • Je beschikt over een hoger, technisch diploma bij voorkeur binnen de richting energietechnologie, EM
  • Kan jij enkele jaren ervaring voorleggen binnen een gelijkaardig functie, dan is dit een mooi pluspunt!
  • Nederlands en Engels must omwille van veiligheidsvoorschriften & communicatie
  • Jij hebt passie voor groene energie systemen
