Heb jij kennis van mechanica / elektriciteit / … maar weet je niet goed je wil doen? Spreekt werken aan de spoorwegen jou aan?

We zijn op zoek naar een arbeider met een technische kennis en wiskundig inzicht. Als firma zijn wij actief in de aanleg en het onderhoud van spoorwegen en staan we 24/7 klaar voor klanten in heel België. We beschikken over een modern machinepark en voeren de werkzaamheden uit met gespecialiseerde apparatuur.

Bij deze functie ga je actief aan de slag met de onderstopmachine en leer je het vak al doende. Ervaring binnen de spoorwegen is niet nodig, want we zorgen voor een grondige opleiding zodat je snel een echte expert wordt. We zoeken een collega met technische kennis en probleemoplossend vermogen, die kleine reparaties aan de machine zelfstandig kan uitvoeren.

’s Ochtends kom je zelfstandig aan in ons magazijn in Heist-op-den-Berg, waarna je samen met je team naar de werf vertrekt. Je bent flexibel ingesteld wat werkuren betreft, want jullie hebben een afwisselend rooster met dag- en nachtdiensten, weekendwerk en overuren. Uiteraard wordt deze flexibiliteit beloond met een aantrekkelijke verloning (120% / 150% / 200%) bovenop het standaardloon volgens de bouwsector en onze extra maaltijdcheques. Ook naar afstand toe, vind je het niet erg om verre afstanden te doen. Het kan namelijk zijn dat de onderstopmachine de ene week in West-Vlaanderen nodig is en de week erop in Wallonië. Spreek je een beetje Frans? Dan is dit nog een extra pluspunt!

DE ONDERSTOPMACHINE

De onderstopmachine bestaat uit een voorwagen en een stopcabine en zorgt ervoor dat sporen exact volgens de voorschriften van de landmeter liggen. Op de voorwagen lees je de gegevens van het spoor uit en geef je door welke correcties nodig zijn. In de stopcabine worden de sporen met pinnen in de ballast verankerd. Samen zorg je dat alles perfect ligt en draag je bij aan het onderhoud van de machine.
