Het familiebedrijf is gespecialiseerd in de verkoop en het onderhoud van specifieke heftrucks voor bedrijven in logistiek en transport. Het team is klein en hecht, met drie mechaniekers en directe ondersteuning van de administratief-technisch medewerker. De zaakvoerder is technisch expert én commercieel adviseur, en zoekt iemand die hem op kantoor ondersteunt zodat hij zich kan focussen op prospectie en klantenbezoeken. Het kantoor in Menen is praktisch en open, met directe lijnen en een collegiale sfeer.

Jobomschrijving

  • Werkfiches opmaken en beheren via het interne scan- en opvolgsysteem
  • Up-to-date houden van de voorraad. en interne documentatie
  • Klanten telefonisch en per mail opvolgen, met veel Franse klanten
  • Ondersteuning van de zaakvoerder en het team in administratieve en organisatorische taken
  • Assisteren bij planning, administratie en communicatie tussen werkvloer en klanten
  • Af en toe ondersteunen bij events of prospectie, indien nodig

Dit heb je nodig voor de job

  • Diploma of achtergrond in elektromechanica, service of technische opleiding
  • Technische kennis, bij voorkeur ervaring met heftrucks of soortgelijke machines
  • Communicatief en durft Frans te spreken
  • Proactief, nauwkeurig en organisatorisch sterk
  • Flexibel, kan snel schakelen en prioriteiten stellen
  • Voltijds beschikbaar
