Dankzij jouw technisch inzicht en nauwkeurige opvolging verlopen projecten efficiënt, kwalitatief en volgens planning.

Analyseren van plannen, lastenboeken en technische dossiersUitvoeren van kostencalculaties en prijsberekeningenAanvragen en vergelijken van offertes bij leveranciers en onderaannemersOpstellen en opvolgen van offertes in overleg met de klantVoorbereiden van projecten voor uitvoeringOpstellen van draaiboeken en verzorgen van de interne overdracht naar de werfleiderFungeren als aanspreekpunt voor klanten tijdens zowel de calculatie- als uitvoeringsfaseNauwe samenwerking met werfleiders, leveranciers en andere betrokken partijenOpstellen van vorderingsstaten, verrekeningen en as-built dossiersBewaken van de voortgang en administratieve opvolging van projecten

Je beschikt over een bachelor diploma of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaringJe hebt interesse in burgerlijke bouwkunde en een sterk technisch inzichtJe werkt nauwkeurig, georganiseerd en resultaatgerichtJe neemt verantwoordelijkheid en volgt dossiers zelfstandig opJe communiceert vlot met klanten, werfleiders, leveranciers en onderaannemersJe kan je behelpen in het Frans en EngelsJe hebt een goede kennis van MS Office, MS Project en AutoCADJe beschikt over een rijbewijs B
