Als Technisch Beheerder in Schiedam ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het technisch beheer en onderhoud van diverse utiliteitslocaties. Je werkt aan complexe gebouwgebonden installaties en krijgt veel vrijheid om onderhoud, storingen en verbeteringen slim te organiseren. Je houdt grip op de installaties, bewaakt afspraken en zorgt dat werkzaamheden veilig, efficiënt en volgens planning worden uitgevoerd. - Beheren en optimaliseren van gebouwgebonden elektrotechnische en werktuigbouwkundige installaties. - Coördineren van preventief en correctief onderhoud. - Aansturen en ondersteunen van monteurs, onderaannemers en technische partners. - Bewaken van planning, kwaliteit, budgetten en contractafspraken. - Analyseren van storingen en adviseren over technische verbeteringen. - Onderhouden van contact met klanten en bespreken van voortgang en verbeterpunten. - Signaleren van meerwerk, verduurzamingsmogelijkheden en vervangingsprojecten. - €4500 - €6000 - Medior - HBO - 40 - Schiedam Wat verwachten we van jou?
