The posting

Als technisch beheerder voor de instalaties waak je over de optimale werking en beschikbaarheid van (verkeers)technische installaties, met als doel storingen en stilstanden tot een minimum te beperken. Je zorgt ervoor dat onderhoudsmomenten correct worden ingepland en uitgevoerd, met oog voor veiligheid, duurzaamheid en betrouwbaarheid.

Je maakt deel uit van het kernteam binnen de onderhoudsorganisatie en denkt actief mee over het strategisch beleid rond assetbeheer.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Je volgt de bouwfase op met focus op toekomstige onderhoudsbaarheid van installaties.
  • Je stelt meerjarenonderhoudsplannen, onderhoudsprogramma's en beheersplannen op en beheert deze.
  • Je staat in voor het correct en tijdig uitvoeren van onderhoud na oplevering, conform de geldende wet- en regelgeving.
  • Je past een RCM-gedreven aanpak toe en zet in op data-analyse en optimalisatie.
  • Je beheert en gebruikt de digitale onderhoudstool (Planon) op een correcte en gestructureerde manier.
  • Je maakt kwartaalrapporteringen op en volgt KPI's nauwgezet op.
  • Je bent betrokken bij de offerte- en voorbereidingsfase van complexe DB(F)M-projecten.
  • Je beschikt over een relevant bachelor diploma en kan minstens 5 jaar ervaring voorleggen binnen onderhoudsprojecten.
  • Je wordt gekenmerkt door een sterk strategisch inzicht en vlotte communicatieve vaardigheden.
  • Je hebt een ondernemende mindset en combineert dit met een commerciële ingesteldheid.
  • Je functioneert even goed in teamverband als zelfstandig en neemt daarin verantwoordelijkheid op.
