Als Technisch Coördinator Facilitair ben jij verantwoordelijk voor de hard facilities binnen het facilityteam van een gevestigd bedrijf actief in de bouw- en technologiesector. Je combineert een sterke technische kennis met coördinatie en neemt de aansturing en opvolging van de technische werkzaamheden in handen. Je werkt nauw samen met het onderhoudsteam en rapporteert aan de facility manager, die zich focust op de nieuwbouwprojecten.

Hoe zal jouw takenpakket eruit zien?

  • Je neemt de leiding over het technisch facility management van de sites, inclusief gebouwenbeheer, elektriciteit.
  • Je coördineert, plant, volgt op en stuurt bij waar nodig binnen hard facilities.
  • Je vraagt offertes op, vergelijkt deze, neemt beslissingen en volgt de bestellingen verder op.
  • Je stuurt externe aannemers aan, volgt hun werkzaamheden op en controleert de uitgevoerde werken op kwaliteit en correcte uitvoering.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met het onderhoudsteam om een vlotte afstemming van werkzaamheden te garanderen.

Wat verwachten wij van jou?

  • Je hebt een technische opleiding (bouw, funderingen, elektromechanica) en een brede technische kennis, een diploma bachelor of master is geen vereiste.
  • Je hebt ervaring als werfleider of projectleider en kan zowel bouwkundige als elektrische aspecten inschatten.
  • Je hebt ervaring in het aansturen van externe aannemers en bent sterk in coördinatie en opvolging.
  • Je bent hands-on, neemt initiatief en werkt zelfstandig.
  • Je kan werken volgens vaste uren van 8 tot 17 uur, met de mogelijkheid om flexibel te starten tussen 8 en 9 uur.
