Voor een chemische firma in Wetteren, zijn we op zoek naar een meewerkend verantwoordelijke van het technisch team die de matrijzen onderhoudt.

Heb jij ruime ervaring als onderhoudstechnieker, bij voorkeur met matrijzen? Solliciteer dan snel!

Het takenpakket:

  • Als meewerkend verantwoordelijke sta je in voor de dagelijkse leiding en organisatie van het team
  • Je coördineert alle werkzaamheden rond het omstellen, herstellen en onderhouden van matrijzen
  • Je bepaalt welke herstellingen intern of extern dienen te gebeuren
  • Technische storingen tot een minimum beperken
  • Duidelijke leiding geven op een coachende en betrokken wijze, zorgen dat medewerkers groeien
  • Een resultaatgerichte aanpak stimuleren
  • Opvolging van de stock en wisselonderdelen, plaatst bestellingen en volgt administratie correct op
  • Je zal (met een camionette van het depot) op bezoek gaan bij partners die de matrijzen produceren

Wie zoeken we?

  • Je behaalde een bachelor in een technische richting - je hebt hierdoor toegepaste kennis van elektromechanica
  • Je hebt enkele jaren ervaring binnen een productieomgeving
  • Bij voorkeur ben je ook vertrouwd met spuitgietprocessen
  • Je hebt kennis van SolidWorks
  • Je coacht op een positieve manier
  • Je werkt actief mee
  • Je kan op verschillende niveaus efficiënt communiceren
  • Je spreekt uitstekend Nederlands en Engels
