Bij ons bedrijf zorgen we dagelijks dat een uitgebreide vloot voertuigen en containers optimaal inzetbaar blijft, zodat de klantenservice en productieprocessen vlekkeloos verlopen. Dankzij een sterke werkplaats en een team van gemotiveerde technici, chauffeurs en planners staat alles elke dag veilig en betrouwbaar op de baan.

Als Technisch Coördinator Werkplaats ben je de rechterhand van de teamleader en de ploegleiders en draag je actief bij aan het optimaal functioneren van de werkplaats. Je combineert hands-on technische expertise met planning, coördinatie en kwaliteitsbewaking.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Je stelt de operationele planning op korte termijn op, bepaalt prioriteiten tussen geplande en ad-hoc opdrachten, en zorgt dat alles volgens schema verloopt
  • Eerste aanspreekpunt: Je ondersteunt collega’s (techniekers, chauffeurs) bij dagelijkse problemen en vraagstukken, zodat zij maximaal zelfstandig kunnen werken.
  • Je controleert het werk van de techniekers, voert de eindcontrole uit en corrigeert waar nodig om een perfecte afwerking te garanderen
  • Schade en verzekeringen: Je bereidt technische analyses voor bij schadegevallen, bepaalt de noodzakelijke herstellingen en stelt kostenramingen op
  • Beheren van bestellingen, je volgt leveringen op en zorgt voor correcte facturatie van materialen voor de werkplaats
  • Bewaakt dat de vlootdata correct in de software staat en dat alle voertuigen en containers up-to-date zijn.
  • Bij voorkeur genoot je een Bachelor of gelijkwaardige technische opleiding (bijv. automechanica, elektromechanica)
  • Ervaring in een technische dienst of werkplaats en zin om verantwoordelijkheid te nemen
  • Hands-on mentaliteit: je maakt zelf graag de handen vuil en pakt problemen proactief aan
  • Flexibel voor wisselende shiften tussen 06u en 20u
  • Sterke Nederlandse talenkennis omwille van veiligheidsvoorschriften & je bent vlot met diverse IT-toepassingen
