Als technisch commercieel adviseur renovatie

  • is het jouw taak om proactief mee te werken aan onze commerciële doelstellingen.
  • volg je inkomende renovatie-aanvragen nauwkeurig op, en schep je vertrouwen bij onze klanten
  • denk je technisch mee met de klant, informeer je hen over hun opties en geef je helder, eerlijk advies
  • stem je af met collega’s (opmeters, plaatsers, projectleiders) om tot de beste aanpak te komen
  • werk je offertes uit die kloppen, zowel technisch als commercieel
  • zoek je actief het telefonisch contact met klanten op
  • presenteer je, op basis van jouw opgemaakte calculaties, je prijsindicatie of definitieve offerte aan de klant en licht je deze telefonisch toe.
  • bouw je vertrouwen op door transparant en correct te communiceren
  • neem je initiatief en zet je dingen in beweging

Is de deal rond? Dan zorg jij voor een duidelijke overdracht naar de projectleider. Samen zorgen jullie ervoor dat wat verkocht is, ook perfect uitgevoerd wordt.

  • Wie zoeken we?
  • Je bent administratief sterk, en werkt gestructureerd en nauwkeurig.
  • Je haalt energie uit telefonisch contact met klanten.
  • Je hebt technisch inzicht en hebt goesting om je in een echte stiel te verdiepen! Nog geen ervaring in het glas of in de renovatie-sector? Geen zorgen, wij leren jou de kneepjes van het vak.
  • Je hebt al een eerste ervaring in een klantgerichte rol
  • Je denkt mee met de klant en gaat voor kwaliteit, elke keer opnieuw
  • Je combineert enthousiasme met een sterke resultaatgerichtheid.
  • Je bent een echte teamplayer en vindt het ook belangrijk om in een sterk team terecht te komen.
  • Je hebt een vlekkeloze kennis van het Nederlands en kan je vlot uitdrukken in het Frans.
  • Je hebt een hands-on mentaliteit
  • Je bent stressbestendig.
  • Je hebt de ambitie om verder mee te groeien met het bedrijf.
