Voor onze klant in Sint-Katelijne-Waver zijn we op zoek naar een enthousiaste Administratief Bediende.

Jouw takenpakket ziet er zo uit:

Jouw kerntaken en verantwoordelijkheden:

1. Projectbeheer & Coördinatie

  • Je bent eindverantwoordelijk voor de aansturing, coördinatie en succesvolle operationele uitvoering van diverse HVAC-projecten.
  • Je neemt proactief deel aan het wekelijks planningsoverleg met projectleiding, verkoop en montage om de voortgang te bewaken.
  • Je leidt en/of neemt deel aan werfvergaderingen en zorgt voor een heldere opvolging van actiepunten.
  • Je beheert de materiaallogistiek: je plaatst bestellingen, volgt klantenorders nauwgezet op en stuurt de voorraad bij waar nodig.

2. Communicatie & Stakeholdermanagement

  • Je fungeert als de cruciale verbindingspersoon tussen onze interne organisatie (verkoop, engineering, montage) en externe partijen.
  • Je onderhoudt professioneel contact met een divers netwerk van particuliere klanten, architecten en werfleiders.

3. Technisch & Commercieel Inzicht

  • Dankzij jouw diepgaande kennis ben je het technisch geweten en het eerste aanspreekpunt voor collega's met technische vragen.

Profiel

Wij zijn op zoek naar een Administratief Bediende met volgend profiel:

  • Je beschikt over een Bachelor in een technische richting (zoals, installatietechniek of elektrotechniek.)
  • Je hebt een basiskennis van secretariaat.
  • Je kan zeer goed prioriteiten stellen.
  • Je bent klantvriendelijk en werkt nauwkeurig.
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands.

Wat zijn pluspunten:

  • Kennis CAD
  • Ervaring in de boekhouding
  • Kennis van Frans en Engels zijn een pluspunt.
