Wat ga je doen? Als Technisch Commercieel Medewerker Binnendienst fungeer jij als de spil tussen onze klanten en de interne organisatie. Je weet klantvragen moeiteloos om te zetten naar passende oplossingen en commerciële mogelijkheden. Daarmee draag je direct bij aan klanttevredenheid én de groei van onze organisatie.

Je komt te werken op de afdelingen Service en Customer Support. De service afdeling bestaat uit een service manager, twee servicemonteurs en een planner. De customer support afdeling bestaat uit een coördinator en twee customer service medewerkers. Samen zorgen jullie voor tevreden klanten en een soepel proces.

Wat ga je doen?

Jij bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor de klanten. Met jouw technische kennis én klantgerichte aanpak, bied je samen met je collega’s optimale service en zorg je voor een optimale klantbeleving. Je luistert, denkt mee en biedt service op maat. Je werkzaamheden:

- Beantwoorden van klantvragen (telefonisch en per e-mail) over onderhoud, service, producten, prijzen en levertijden. - Signaleren van commerciële kansen (up- en cross-selling), adviseren over onderhoud en actief meedenken met de klant. - Registreren en screenen van klantaanvragen en servicemeldingen op volledigheid, urgentie en planning. - Telefonisch ondersteunen van onze servicemonteurs bij technische storingen aan onze producten. - Fungeren als back-up voor de service manager bij diens afwezigheid. - In de toekomst mogelijk ook verantwoordelijk voor de planning.
