FUNCTIE OMSCHRIJVING

Ben jij technisch sterk, commercieel ingesteld en haal je voldoening uit klanten verder helpen met de juiste oplossing? Dan is deze functie misschien iets voor jou.

Als Technisch Commercieel Medewerker / Calculator combineer je technische kennis met klantencontact en commerciële opvolging. Je krijgt een afwisselende functie waarin je offertes opmaakt, klanten adviseert en mee bouwt aan langdurige klantrelaties.

Wat ga je doen?

Je bent een belangrijk aanspreekpunt voor onze klanten en volgt commerciële en technische vragen van A tot Z op.

Je taken bestaan onder andere uit:

  • opmaken en berekenen van offertes
  • opvolgen van offertes van aanvraag tot bestelling
  • technisch en commercieel adviseren van klanten via telefoon en e-mail
  • meedenken met klanten over de juiste technische oplossing
  • beantwoorden van vragen over onze producten
  • onderhouden van bestaande klantencontacten
  • actief mee zoeken naar nieuwe commerciële opportuniteiten
  • organiseren en voorbereiden van klantenbezoeken
  • verwerken en opvolgen van gegevens in het CRM- en ERP-systeem

Je werkt nauw samen met je collega’s en krijgt de ruimte om zelfstandig dossiers op te volgen.

PROFIEL Wie zoeken we?

We zoeken iemand met technisch inzicht die tegelijk graag met klanten communiceert.

Je:

  • beschikt over een bachelor denkniveau, bij voorkeur binnen mechanica of een andere technische richting
  • hebt een goede technische kennis of sterke technische affiniteit
  • bent commercieel ingesteld en klantgericht
  • werkt vlot met MS Office
  • kan werken met CRM- en ERP-software of bent bereid dit snel aan te leren
  • werkt nauwkeurig en gestructureerd
  • bent communicatief en overtuigend
  • hebt zin voor initiatief en geeft niet snel op
  • communiceert vlot in het Nederlands, Frans en Engels

Ervaring in een gelijkaardige technisch-commerciële functie is een pluspunt, maar ook gemotiveerde kandidaten met de juiste technische achtergrond komen in aanmerking.
