Heb je een sterke technische interesse in vrachtwagens en werk je graag oplossingsgericht? In deze functie analyseer je technische problemen op afstand en help je klanten verder met passende onderdelen en oplossingen.

  • Je logt op afstand in op vrachtwagens via digitale diagnoseplatformen;
  • Je leest foutcodes, sensordata en systeeminformatie uit;
  • Je analyseert technische storingen aan voertuigen;
  • Je stelt technische oplossingen en herstellingen voor;
  • Je adviseert klanten over onderdelen, kits en herstellingen;
  • Je maakt offertes op op basis van diagnoses en klantvragen;
  • Je verkoopt vrachtwagenonderdelen en volgt bestellingen op;
  • Je verwerkt orders correct in ERP- en CRM-systemen;
  • Je onderhoudt contact met klanten, techniekers en logistieke diensten;
  • Je helpt mee om stilstanden van voertuigen zo beperkt mogelijk te houden;
  • Je denkt mee over efficiënte en klantgerichte oplossingen.
  • Je hebt kennis van vrachtwagenmechanica, elektronica en voertuigsystemen;
  • Je hebt ervaring met diagnose en foutanalyse;
  • Kennis van vrachtwagensystemen is een pluspunt;
  • Je hebt interesse in remote diagnostics en digitale tools;
  • Je bent klantgericht en denkt oplossingsgericht;
  • Je combineert technische kennis met commerciële feeling;
  • Je werkt analytisch en nauwkeurig;
  • Je kan vlot werken met ERP-, CRM- en diagnosesystemen;
  • Je communiceert professioneel en blijft rustig onder druk;
  • Je werkt graag samen met collega's van verschillende afdelingen;
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands;
