Voor een gespecialiseerde en financieel gezonde KMO actief in industriële renovatie- en onderhoudsoplossingen zoeken wij een commerciële hunter die energie haalt uit het openen van nieuwe deuren en het uitbouwen van een eigen klantenportefeuille. Je komt terecht in een technische omgeving waar advies, vertrouwen en langetermijnrelaties centraal staan. Deze rol biedt je de kans om ondernemerschap op te nemen binnen een KMO-omgeving met korte beslissingslijnen, veel autonomie en directe impact op de groei van het bedrijf.

Jobomschrijving

  • Actief prospecteren naar nieuwe klanten binnen industriële zones, productieomgevingen en logistieke sites in Vlaanderen
  • Nieuwe opportuniteiten detecteren door bedrijventerreinen en industriële clusters gericht te benaderen
  • Contact leggen met facility managers, onderhoudsverantwoordelijken, productie- en plant managers
  • Afspraken inplannen via telefoon, e-mail en LinkedIn
  • Klanten ter plaatse bezoeken en technische noden analyseren
  • Adviseren over duurzame oplossingen rond renovatie, herstel en afwerking van industriële vloeren
  • Offertes zelfstandig opmaken en commercieel opvolgen tot afsluiting
  • Onderhandelingen voeren en projecten commercieel finaliseren
  • Projectinformatie intern afstemmen met de operationele verantwoordelijke
  • Planning en werkvoorbereiding mee ondersteunen bij opstart van projecten
  • Eigen klantenportefeuille verder uitbouwen en onderhouden
  • Marktinformatie verzamelen en input geven rond nieuwe regio’s en sectoren
  • Trends en concurrentiële evoluties signaleren
  • Ervaring in een commerciële B2B-hunterrol
  • Affiniteit met bouw, renovatie, technieken of industriële dienstverlening
  • Sterk in prospectie en zelfstandig nieuwe klanten ontwikkelen
  • Zeer goede kennis Nederlands
  • Je werkt graag autonoom en neemt ownership
