Als Technisch Manager Infra- en Tunneltechnieken neem je de leiding over een groeiende engineeringafdeling die zich toelegt op infrastructuur-, tunnel- en elektromechanische installaties, inclusief besturings- en veiligheidssystemen. Je stuurt een multidisciplinair team aan en waakt over de technische kwaliteit, planning, kennisopbouw en de samenwerking tussen engineering, projectleiding en uitvoering.

Je speelt een centrale rol in de verdere ontwikkeling van expertise rond tunnelinstallaties (zoals HVAC, verlichting, ventilatie, branddetectie, camerabewaking, besturing en noodcommunicatie) en infrastructuursystemen zoals pompinstallaties, dynamische signalisatie, hoog- en middenspanningsnetten.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Aansturen, coachen en ontwikkelen van een team engineers binnen elektro, mechanica en automatisatie.
  • Bewaken van technische kwaliteit, veiligheid en naleving van normen en richtlijnen (o.a. AREI en tunnelstandaarden).
  • Ontwikkelen en implementeren van engineeringstandaarden, templates en best practices.
  • Coördineren van studies, berekeningen, ontwerpen, schema's, 3D-modellen en uitvoeringsdossiers.
  • Fungeren als technisch aanspreekpunt voor complexe vraagstukken binnen infra- en tunnelprojecten.
  • Optimaliseren van samenwerking en processen tussen engineering, projectleiding en uitvoering.
  • Opvolgen van capaciteitsplanning en resource-inzet binnen het team.
  • Samenwerken met externe partners, studiebureaus en opdrachtgevers.
  • Rapporteren aan de afdelingsverantwoordelijke en/of directie.
  • Je beschikt over een masterdiploma Industrieel of Burgerlijk Ingenieur, of bent gelijkwaardig door relevante ervaring.
  • Je kan minstens 5 jaar ervaring voorleggen in technisch ontwerp binnen infrastructuur, industriële elektriciteit of tunnelprojecten.
  • Je bent een natuurlijke people manager met aantoonbare leiderschapsvaardigheden.
  • Je hebt een sterke expertise in elektrotechniek; kennis van automatisatie, SCADA en veiligheidsinstallaties vormt een pluspunt.
  • Je bent vertrouwd met relevante normen en richtlijnen zoals AREI, tunneltechnische voorschriften en machineveiligheid.
  • Je werkt gestructureerd, bent analytisch sterk en neemt beslissingen op een doordachte manier.
  • Je communiceert vlot, denkt klantgericht en combineert dit met een pragmatische, resultaatgerichte aanpak.
