Voor onze klant, een gespecialiseerde producent en leverancier van schermen en gronddoeken voor de land- en tuinbouwsector, gelegen in de regio Lokeren, zijn we op zoek naar een Technisch Medewerker Productie.

Je komt terecht in een technische productieomgeving waar je de kans krijgt om het vak stap voor stap aan te leren. Je start met de basis en groeit op termijn door naar hulpmechanieker en uiteindelijk volwaardig mechanieker.

Zo ziet jouw job eruit

Als technisch medewerker ben je mee verantwoordelijk voor het goed functioneren van de machines in de weverij. Je leert de machines en productieomgeving stap voor stap kennen en bouwt zo jouw technische kennis verder uit.

Je taken bestaan onder andere uit:

  • Je voert dagelijkse controles en preventief onderhoud uit.
  • Je monteert en demonteert onderdelen van machines.
  • Je vervangt versleten of defecte onderdelen.
  • Je stelt machines correct af.
  • Je volgt de werking van de weefgetouwen nauwgezet op.
  • Je voert herstellingen uit en helpt storingen oplossen.
  • Je volgt de technische stock van onderdelen op.
  • Je voert algemeen mechanisch onderhoud en technische werkzaamheden uit in de weverij.
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat de machines veilig en correct blijven functioneren.

Je groeit stap voor stap door

1. Kleine revisie

Je start met de basis. Je leert de machines en weefgetouwen kennen en voert dagelijkse controles en eenvoudige onderhoudstaken uit.

2. Hulpmechanieker

Je neemt meer verantwoordelijkheid op. Naast de dagelijkse controles leer je onderdelen vervangen, machines onderhouden en technische problemen mee oplossen.

3. Mechanieker

Je groeit uit tot een volwaardige mechanieker die zelfstandig aan de slag kan. Je voert onderhoud uit, herstelt machinebreuken en kunt technische problemen van A tot Z aanpakken.

Je hoeft dus niet alles al te kunnen. We zoeken vooral iemand met een sterke mechanische basis, de juiste werkmentaliteit en de goesting om bij te leren.

  • Je hebt een praktische en technische ingesteldheid.
  • Je bent bereid om in 2 ploegen te werken.
