Wat ga je doen?

Je bent de technische spil voor de woon- en zorglocaties van Koraal in de regio Maastricht.

Concreet:

• Technische storingen opsporen en zelfstandig oplossen: elektrisch, mechanisch, alles wat er in een woon- en zorglocatie kan misgaan.

• Onderhoud en inspectie van installaties: elektrische sloten, zorgoproepsystemen, camerasystemen, verwarming en waterinstallaties.

• Preventief onderhoud en brandveiligheidscontroles.

• Overleg met zorgmedewerkers en externe aannemers; jij bent de schakel tussen techniek en zorg.

• Verbeterpunten signaleren en proactief aanpakken.

Je hebt vaste locaties, een vertrouwd team en bewoners die blij zijn als ze jou zien binnenkomen.

Wie ben jij?

Je wilt meer dan puur technisch werk. Je wil werken in een omgeving waar jouw inzet rechtstreeks mensen ten goede komt. Bij Koraal combineer je dat.

Je hebt:

-Een technische opleiding (technisch secundair onderwijs of een graduaat/bachelor technische richting), bij voorkeur elektrotechnisch met affiniteit voor werktuigbouwkunde of rond deze opleiding binnenkort af.

-VCA-attest, of de bereidheid om dit te halen (Koraal ondersteunt je hierin)

-Bij voorkeur kennis van of interesse in brandmeldinstallaties en elektrotechnische normen (NEN 3140).

-Een zelfstandige, oplossingsgerichte aanpak.

-Communicatieskills: je praat even gemakkelijk met een installateur als met een zorgbegeleider.
