Voor een toonaangevend bedrijf op de Europese drukmarkt, zijn wij op zoek naar een gemotiveerde technisch operator.

Het bedrijf specialiseert zich specifiek in het drukken van boeken, catalogi, magazines, labels en packaging. Door permanent te innoveren en verticaal te integreren slaagt het bedrijf erin haar positie te versterken en verder uit te breiden.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Je stelt de machine in aan de hand van de orderfiche
  • Om de rendabiliteit van de machine te maximaliseren, stel je de machine in.
  • Je volgt nauwgezet de procesparameters, efficiëntie en kwaliteit van de productie op, zonder de kwantiteit uit het oog te verliezen.
  • Je controleert periodiek de kwaliteit van de output van de machine met als doel tijdig fouten en onvolmaaktheden te ontdekken en deze recht te kunnen zetten.
  • Je voert preventief onderhoud uit
  • Je grijpt efficiënt in bij technische problemen, indien nodig rapporteer je aan de technieker of mekanieker.
  • Jen rapporteert aan de ploegverantwoordelijke.
  • Ben je in het bezit van een grafisch of technisch diploma? Plus!
  • Een eerste ervaring in productie-omgeving en/of als operator is mooi meegenomen.
  • Je houdt ervan om bij te leren.
  • Om veiligheidsredenen is de Nederlandse taal jou niet onbekend.
  • 2 ploegen schrikt je niet af.
  • De innerlijke perfectionist in je, heeft oog voor detail en afwerking.
  • Van tijdsdruk krijg je een boost in plaats van stress.
  • Communiceren richting teamsleden is geen probleem.
