En zoek je als Technisch Operator een job in 2 ploegen waar je niet gewoon uitvoert, maar echt mee het verschil maakt in de productie?

  • Voor een internationale speler in regio Drongen zoeken we een Technisch Operator die graag nauwkeurig werkt. Het bedrijf is actief binnen papierverwerking en groeide uit tot een totaalleverancier voor verschillende sectoren. Denk aan toepassingen binnen drukwerk, visuele communicatie, verpakking, kantoorbenodigdheden en bouw.

Je komt terecht op een moderne en sterk geautomatiseerde site waar machines, planning en kwaliteit perfect op elkaar moeten aansluiten. Geen afstandelijke fabriek waar je verdwijnt in de massa, maar een werkvloer met korte lijnen, duidelijke communicatie en collega’s die samen vooruit willen.

Als Technisch Operator volg je het snijproces van dichtbij op. Je bedient geautomatiseerde snijmachines, bewaakt de kwaliteit en zorgt dat alles van voorraad tot verpakking vlot verloopt. Een job voor iemand die graag verantwoordelijkheid neemt en energie haalt uit zichtbaar resultaat.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Als Technisch Operator bedien en stuur je meerdere geautomatiseerde snijmachines aan binnen het productieproces
  • Daarnaast bewaak je kwaliteit, precisie en planning, waarbij je rekening houdt met verschillende materiaaltypes
  • Verder volg je het volledige proces op, van voorraad en machine-instellingen tot verpakking en logistieke verwerking
  • Binnen jouw rol rapporteer je aan de teamcoaches en geef je nuttige input om het proces verder te verbeteren
  • Tot slot werk je samen met collega’s om de productie veilig, vlot en correct te laten verlopen
  • Eerste ervaring als Technisch Operator, operator of machinebediener is mooi meegenomen, maar jouw motivatie en leergierigheid tellen zeker mee
  • Technisch inzicht, oog voor kwaliteit en veilig werken zijn belangrijk, alsook vlot kunnen omgaan met een heftruck; een attest is een extra troef
  • Nederlands is vereist omwille van veiligheidsvoorschriften, werkinstructies en duidelijke communicatie op de werkvloer
